While we don't have specific steps for account deletion at the moment, canceling your subscription is the first step to avoid further charges. Rest assured, we don't store any card information.

Account linking is currently only supported for purchases made on our website. If you purchased the Pro plan through the website, you can use the same account in any of our apps. Here's an article that may help: Can I access pro features on both the web and app? For the purchases made in the app, we're actively working on enabling this feature. Stay tuned for the updates!
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds due to the high costs associated with creating AI characters and generating voices. Our upstream providers restrict refund requests for GPU processing time used in the AI voice and material generation process. This would result in a loss for us, and by signing up, you agree to waive your right to a refund for this reason.
Unfortunately, right now we do not have that feature enabled. Feel free to share your requests via Support chat.
If you're trying to log out from the website, simply click on your profile at the upper-right corner of the page, select "Settings", and then click "Log Out" at the bottom of the page. For the Mobile App, we currently don't have an option to log out. Please note that if you purchased a subscription using the mobile app, uninstalling the app may result in losing access to your subscription, so we recommend avoiding this.
